At 500 metres from the sea, the golf club Cosmopolitan consists in a course with a surface of 70 ectares, with the surronunding environment really respectful of nature. The design by Davide Mezzacane, made in 1992, has followed the traditions of scottich links. the dunes, the lakes and the sand, the strips of land or fairways, cultivated with grass or let completely untilled.
Surely the golfers will appreciate this course, not only for its technical or sport features. The course, with its alternating dunes and plain land, has been designed in order to maintain the characteristics of the ground and create a sort of balance with the neighbouring landscape.
As the golf course is very near the sea, it is often windy, how ever the mild and chilly climate, even in summer, are a true attraction for golfers who can pleasantly play al the year round.
